Incisive Law LLC is looking to recruit junior associates (NQ – 2 PQE) and senior associates (4 – 5 PQE). Associates are required for dispute resolution matters.
The successful candidate will need to demonstrate strong organizational skills and be able to effectively prioritize their work to meet tight deadlines. We are looking for an individual who is proactive in their approach, demonstrates initiative, and with strong attention to detail. The candidate must also possess strong file management, research and drafting skills.
Experience, Role & Responsibilities [Dispute Resolution]:
– Qualified in Singapore.
– Managing the day-to-day conduct of litigation matters, including drafting, reviewing court documents.
– Conduct legal research on case law.
– Represent clients in mediation, arbitration and court proceedings.
– Manage documents and case files.
– Attend client meetings.
– Correspond with our Dispute Resolution directors and clients on strategy, risk management.
– Must be based in Singapore
