Acted for a lender in relation to a £20,000,000 revolving credit facility in response to the COVID-19 pandemic.
Assisted in the establishment of a joint venture company and a USD 8 million investment involving a local real estate listing portal and an Australian-listed real estate advertising conglomerate.
Advised a purchaser in acquiring a company operating a real estate portal, a subsidiary of a company listed on the Singapore stock exchange.
Acted for a buyer in conducting its due diligence exercise on certain assets of a Singapore holding company and its subsidiary for the purpose of submitting a bid on those assets. The ultimate parent company of the Singapore companies is a stock corporation incorporated in Germany and listed on the Frankfurt stock exchange.
Assisted in the establishment of a Singapore holding company involved in helium exploration, mining and distribution, and the subscription of shares by the founders and investors in the Singapore holding company.
