Nikki is a senior associate in Incisive Law, and was admitted to the Singapore Bar as an Advocate and Solicitor in 2018.

Nikki’s focus is primarily on non-contentious matters, in particular, corporate and commercial matters. She has assisted clients in complex mergers and acquisitions exercises and fundraising exercises. In this regard, she has extensive experience drafting sale and purchase agreements, joint venture agreements, loan and security documents, and other ancillary legal documents which companies generally require including employment agreements. She also has experience in the equity capital markets practice including drafting of circulars and prospectuses, as may be applicable. The transactions she has worked on often span across multiple jurisdictions.

• Acted for MassMutual Ventures, venture capital arm of the Massachusetts Mutual Life Insurance Company as lead investor, on its pre-Series A investment in Easy Management Pte. Ltd., a Singapore-based company and its operating entity, PT Easy Management Systems.
• Advised a large Singapore company in its divestment of a portfolio of companies located in Singapore, United Kingdom, BVI and Hong Kong, drafting umbrella SPA, coordinating with the relevant foreign counsels, and consolidating their input in the umbrella SPA.
• Assisted in the initial public offering of LS 2 Holdings Limited.
• Assisted in the acquisition of a Singapore target company by a company listed on the New York Stock Exchange.
• Assisted in fundraising exercises and preparing the relevant documentation for start-up companies.
