Joshua graduated from the University of Leeds with a Bachelor of Laws in 2018, and was admitted to the Singapore Bar as an Advocate and Solicitor in 2021.
His contentious practice encompasses civil and commercial litigation, and restructuring and insolvency related matters. On the non-contentious aspect of practice, Joshua has assisted in the preparation of contractual documents and the review of commercial and employment contracts.
Highlight matters include:
Assisted in setting aside a subpoena issued by the Singapore Courts in aid of foreign arbitration proceedings.
Assisted in resisting a claim for fraudulent misrepresentation.
Assisted in a claim for a breach of fiduciary duties and a breach of trust.
