Jennifer is an associate in the Singapore office with experience in handling and advising on all aspects of shipping, with a strong focus on international trade and commodities disputes including but not limited to demurrage, late delivery, cargo contamination and deterioration claims.
On the admiralty side, Jennifer regularly assists in London arbitrations for both international and Chinese clients including ship owners, charterers and P&I Clubs in a number of high profile grounding, collision and unsafe port claims.
Jennifer has developed an international outlook from a young age, having grown up in Beijing and Singapore. She studied law at the University of Exeter before graduating with a Masters of Corporate Law from University College London. Jennifer trained in the Shipping Litigation and International Trade departments of Ince’s London office before moving to Singapore in 2020. Jennifer is fluent in English and Mandarin.
