Daniel graduated from the University of Liverpool with a Bachelor of Laws in 2016 and was admitted to the Singapore Bar as an Advocate & Solicitor in 2018.
Daniel is a true blood litigator who is not afraid to protect his clients’ interests to the fullest extent permitted by law. Daniel has represented his clients across all spectrum of the Singapore Courts and in both local and foreign arbitrations. His area of practice includes shipping law, commercial disputes and international arbitration. The total value of the disputes that has gone through his hands exceeds S$1 billion.

Acted for a Chinese company in a claim for breach of shipbuilding contract against a Qatari entity.
Acted for various individuals in their claims against their respective employers for accidents on board vessels.
Appointed by P&I Clubs to act for the shipowner in relation to various engine failures caused by the repairers.
Acting for class action claimants in a claim for pollution and damages to the Riau Islands caused by a collision of vessels.
Acted for Defendant director against a listed company’s claim for breach of duties and conspiracy before the Singapore High Court and Court of Appeal.
Acted for the defendant in an insolvency clawback action instituted by the Trustees in bankruptcy for the bankrupt husband.
