Renesh is a Singapore qualified corporate and banking lawyer. He specialises in M&A ,the formation of joint ventures, asset finance transactions, secured and unsecured lending, registered and unregistered securities transactions, cross-border leases, and restructurings.
He also advises on company formation and has worked with start-ups advising them on issues from incorporation through to their partnership/shareholder agreements as well as corporate commercial documentation and regulatory advice for their business.
Renesh has had experience as in-house counsel and completed secondments in the legal departments of two multi-national corporations during his career.

Advised the foreign buyers of four new-build vessels from a Singapore registered entity, with construction and final delivery to take place in separate jurisdictions.
Advised a venture capital fund in its pre IPO investment in a local steel company.
Advising a corporate investment bank on a credit facility granted to a foreign government borrower for the purposes of a commercial aircraft acquisition.
Advised a US bank in relation to a loan facility granted to a consortium of related loan parties to refinance the acquisition cost of several corporations in five jurisdictions, advising specifically on the security structure and conflicts of laws.
Advised on the acquisition of a commercial building in Singapore’s business district, and the related SGD 62 million loan facility.
