Nikki is an associate in the corporate practice working as part of the team on mergers & acquisitions, joint ventures, asset finance transactions, sale and purchase agreements, loan and security documents and due diligence. Nikki also has experience across the full range of Singapore company law including company structures, drafting constitutions of companies, shareholder agreements, and company resolutions
In addition, Nikki also has experience advising companies on their day-to-day business activities including but not limited to license applications, corporate governance, and employment related matters in the event of restructuring or redundancy.

Advising on a cross-border multimillion dollar deal involving gathering a pool of investors across United States, United Kingdom and Singapore to set up various companies for the purchase of vessels, chartering of vessels and provision of ship management services.
Advising a shipping company on the US$20 million sale of a vessel.
Advising on the exercise of a US$2million put option when a public listed company was placed in judicial management.
Assisting on a US$50 million due diligence exercise on the acquisition of a company and coordinating on ancillary matters relating to post acquisition integration.
Advising a securities exchange on the formation of an investment office for marketing of derivatives in Singapore and the requisite licences required under the Securities & Futures Act, Financial Advisers Act, Commodity Trading Act and regulations prescribed by the Monetary Authority of Singapore.
